The property consists of a four bedroomed house. There is also a two bedroomed detached cottage available on the site at an extra cost. The main house has three double bedrooms and one twin room, One en-suite and one family bathroom. The cottage has one extra large master bedroom and one children’s bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed in it (sleeping 3) with its own large family bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Three of the six bedrooms open onto the pool (two of which are in the cottage). We also have cable TV.
Near excellent beaches.

Eight minutes transfer from airport, fifteen minutes to stadium. Twelve minutes to St. Johns (capital). Two minutes to nearest beach. Ten minutes to excellent supermarket and five minutes to award winning restaurant. Five minutes to island's best golf course.
This property has been completely refurbished in late 2006. Maid service available daily, bi-weekly or weekly.
